SM has vastly less clearing and healing than DMSI in effect due to the level of difference in power, technology and sophistication between them.

The individual is not driven to have sex on DMSI. They are free to have sex or not, at their pleasure. They will engage in Natural Seduction activities, however, which tends to favor sex, as does the level of interest and arousal you cause with DMSI affecting your aura. But driven? No. That's SM.
DMSI 3.1 and later will have STD prevention scripting, but 3.0.1 does not. You will have to use the big head a little bit and put on a condom. I know it's hard, but I have faith in you.

Both are a mix between internal and external, but in different ways and to different degrees. SM is more favoring internal, and DMSI is more well balanced between the two.

No. SM is an extension of and reworking of the results of AM, and DMSI does not seek to make you alpha or keep you alpha. It seeks to make you sexually irresistible regardless of where you start from, but of course this limits you to some degree compared to SM.
