I woke up around 5am with a heavy intense head feeling, like a headache but not a normal headache. I managed to get back to sleep right away and I feel grand now but was wondering if that was a sign of anything?
You know you're running it too loud if you start getting headaches or nausea from a track with ultrasonic in it. This is not necessarily going to mean it;s too loud, though. You could also be getting a headache from resisting something that you are trying to heal and clear, which sounds more likely to me in this case.
