Shannon I was talking specifically about AM and SM. I know AM is focused on me becoming the best man I can possibly be without any focus on women but SM is about me elevating my social skills, approaching women, and getting them to seduce me. I was wondering if running through AM after SM would reduce some of SM's effects and vice versa.
But I know since SM is like an extension of the AM program so there must not be any conflicting ideas. SO if I have answered my own question please let me know. And thank you for the clarification on your reply to my last post.
