It can be very subtle, at least it is to me.
When I started listening I felt more relaxed, an altered state, but to someone who never did hypnosis they may not notice it. But I feel it more obviously just before entering a deep sleep state. Just before loosing consciousness I felt confident, I felt in control of my life, I felt good like nothing bad can happen now. The half dreaming sensation felt very good to say the least, there was a sexy feeling too, I felt like I could seduce girls around me easily.
I believe this is the healing part (the feel good attitude) as I didn't feel that with 2.5 or V1 but I did with V2.4.
