I have a question regarding the Anti-Piracy code:
After running my loops of DMSI, I remembered something a while back my dad was ill so I told him to run MIRv1, it was purchased for my mother to help her with a gum infection. He used her copy for like 20minutes and then stopped he stayed ill for another week or so.
I remembered this now with clarity, I didn't think nothing of it in regards to fair use, I personally don't think he gained much or anything from using it but I thought if it helps him I'd purchase, clearly forgot to do so.
So now I am wondering since I know he won't be using that copy, ever, will I have to purchase this copy for him even though I know he won't use it in the future he won't follow the instructions and would want it to work in 1 loop so pointless for me to get this for him..
So I was thinking if getting MIRv1 for myself would it de-activate the AP Code (if triggered), since I'd be paying for letting him use it that one time.
What are your thoughts, I pay for all my stuff, I don't even know why I let him use it for 20mins. Time to make it right, I don't want anything to interfere with my DMSI results.
Which one of the following would fix the issue:
Would paying for a copy of MIRv1 (for myself) resolve it?
Getting him a copy?
I know he won't be using it, even if I do purchase it for him, or would it have to be for him?
What are my options here, I could do with MIR 2.1 ..
Option A: You have the option of doing nothing, since he is not currently committing any breech of copyright law, and see if that works. If you remembered this after running DMSI, you likely will need to use option B:
Option B: Or you can purchase one or more copies of MIR 2.1 and then do with it/them whatever would correct the situation.
And 2.1 leaves 1.0 in the dust, so it;s nothing lost regardless.
