What is the best volume for hybrid! I use 25% of max volume with ultrasonic ( with headphones ) and 50% to 70% masked also with headphones. Should i play it 25% like ultrasonic?

Best volume, yes, that. Well, best volume is impossible for me to specify because of different devices and circumstances and distances from the speaker. The best I can do is tell you this.

The ideal volume for me on 2.5 was 12 clicks out of 15 on my cell phone.

Would using the same volume as before for masked would be a good volume? or do we have to calibrate for the ultrasonic ?

I have been using a Samsung S4, and 4 clicks out of 15 with earpods.

Since you use masked to calibrate ultrasonic, you should be fine if you use the masked audio to calibrate. I would drop it a click or two from that if the ultrasonic seems too loud at that point. But 4/15 should be fine.
