3.0.1-A is designed with healing and clearing scripting enabled. 3.0.1-B is designed with healing and clearing scripting disabled. It is strongly recommended that you use 3.0.1-A for at least one month before using 3.0.1-B, as this healing and clearing scripting is designed to clear away and heal all of the beliefs, emotions, traumas, hurts and other things within you that may conflict with the programming and work against it.

Oh, I will reiterate one more time... I strongly recommend that everybody do a MINIMUM of 1 week of A (and preferably 4) before using B. Do NOT recommend trying to use them both in a single day. Use each for a week at a time, minimum.

You should only do them a week at a time after doing A for a month initially.
