I'm done with the legal disclaimer... but as you have to read it to be reasonably able to accept it, I will continue working to get the rest of the product page done.

I understand how this applies to a first time purchaser of any of your subliminal products. You have to check the box and hit accept before you can receive the download.

How will the current tester's of DMSI agree to the updated legal disclaimer so we can get v3.0.1 A and B once the links are activated?

We have adjusted the terms of the disclaimer such that you agree that you have read and understood them ALL, and agree to be bound by them, by doing any of the following:

• Purchasing it.
  
• Downloading any part of it.
  
• Using any part of it.
  

I did not make sweeping changes to the disclaimer, mainly the addition of a small paragraph in the beginning. But when the links go live, you are responsible for abiding by the disclaimer, whether or not you have read it, because the moment you do any of those things, you have in the eyes of the law read and agreed to it.

Purchasing it of course does not apply retroactively, but downloading and using will take care of that.

So I suggest you read it first.
