For now, I'll go with the clearing version of DMSI 3.0. That should get me cleaned out in a big way, since a lot of it overlaps with E2, as Shannon said.
Then I'll probably use E1 (don't have E2).
I'll continue meditating, and reciting Om Mani Padme Hum through the day, and the Ganesha mantra when I feel fear coming back up.
I don't think mantras will affect the state-shifting too much. Hopefully
