So B will be finished by later on tonight, and the upload completed by the morning of the 29th.
Then just the sales page and legal disclaimer. i imagine the majority of the sales page will remain the same and it looks like you've already created the list of additions. And the legal document is likely to just be a modification of an existing legal document.

Will we be able to use DMSI by the end of the night on Tuesday or will we be waiting for Wednesday?

You will have to wait and see how things play out. I can only push myself so hard, and ingest so much caffeine. Remember, we are going at the speed of "get it right the first time".
