Every run will have one of two effects on you:
A) It will grind away the parts that you don't want or need in the process of becoming an alpha male, or
B: It will enhance and refine the qualities you have that you want in the process of becoming an alpha male.
Strife is a sign that something is being overcome, challenged, ground down, removed, upgraded, improved, outgrown, etc.
