I have been quoted stating that aside from DMSI, all 5.5G programs would be and remain $114.95. I am bound to keep that promise. However, just so you know, I wasn't being literal when I said it was a stupid low price. It's a figure of speech used to emphasize how low the price is for the value imparted.
