Men will get in your face when they perceive you as a threat or better than them. It happens in different ways, in your situation it was aggression because you had no back up and were outnumbered. I'd just call it out as it was and beat them at their own game. The guy who was playing rough, give him a hard ass tackle from behind. The guy who got in your face "yeah, keep moaning little bitch". So yeah, DMSI is making them insecure, and it's on you to not get knocked off the pedestal. In a twisted way they were complimenting you.
