What triggers it is conscious attraction, desire, will and/or intent.
Let me get this straight. So in v2.5, if I see a hot girl and I'm thinking to myself "Her! I choose her! I intend to **** her!" then she gets sniped? And does sniping=guaranteed sex (maybe not right then, but guaranteed sometime soon)?
And that feature is only in 2.5 and beyond?
She will get sniped to whatever degree she triggers the conditionals governing the sniper, consciously and subconsciously. What exactly they are... secret. But trying consciously to snipe her is definitely not going to hurt things.
And yes, 2.5 and beyond. 3.0.1 has a much more powerful, capable and advanced sniper module actually.
