Hey Shannon I had a question

I think I remember, correctly me if I'm wrong, that a subliminal affects your subconscious during different periods of sleep. I was wondering if a Subliminal affects you while your in the REM state of sleep? I'm assuming yes since I think you have said that dreams usually mean that you are processing some of the subliminal and I know dreams occur during REM state. I'm just wondering if during that time of REM state are you are you still receiving input from the sub (if your running it at night) or does REM state just process the suggestions. Hope I made my question clear. Thanks in advance.

The only point during any part of the day where it is questionable whether or not you are receiving the subliminal instructions is when your brain is cycling through the Delta state during sleep. In Delta, it all but shuts down and you focus on healing and repairing the body, as far as I understand. But REM is done during Theta and Alpha states. So yes, you are receiving and processing subliminal input during REM sleep.

I am wondering if it is bringing me out of beta more during the day. I seem a lot more zen., more alpha state (when Im not processing resistance) Is this possible or even intended?

I have also noticed I dont do the whole victim thing as much and I actually have stop making excuses type thoughts being unearthed.
