How many hours a day are you listening, and what stage? Have you finished a full run before? Is this AM6?
It's AM6. I've finished. This was my third run. I listened 8 hours per day at ~30db output at the source. I shut down completely during my run and basically let my life go for 6 months and have only noticed the push to be productive come back again and am noticing the compulsion that causes me to run Stress Relief at the end of my second run.
Ultrasonic or masked?
Ultrasonic. Always ultrasonic.
Either try using one of the masked tracks, or try lowering the volume on the ultrasonic.
