Is it possible that this is interfering with DMSI, maybe me refusing to put in the energy needed to fuel it? Because honestly I am still not seeing much from 2.4 and 2.5. I'll work on getting my metabolism up again over the next months (read that HIIT and weight training should be the most effective way), but curious if you guys think that might have an impact.
How much weight have you lost? If I started walking around with a 45 lb. weight plate in a backpack everyday, are the extra calories being burned from me needing to work harder to carry the weight, or an increase in metabolism?
It's not likely your metabolism. You just aren't working as hard, and thus not burning as many calories.
Other than that, try green tea extract. It can boost it by up to 4%. Also, if metabolic slowdown truly is a concern, try cayenne pepper pills.
