I don't understand why the choice is so binary, isn't it possible to have both? Maximize DMSI to have women approach you, but also give you the ability to approach women?

If people want to hold back from approaching and judge the programs effectiveness based on it's goals then that's perfectly fair but I don't see how including NSFM would be a bad thing for DMSI.
