I can't seem to find the answer on the forums. Simple question.
I'll be finishing BASE in december. How many days/weeks do I have to wait till I can do the following? Still undecided but i'll opt for one of these options. Not sure what the proper break time should be.
a) run another 5g subliminal 1 stager or
b) rerun BASE
