Yeah I can really attest to the testosterone raising effects of DMSI.
I have a testosterone blood test in my journal where I'm scoring very high with the absolute worst factors in my favor - unhealthy food or no food at all, bad lifestyle, no exercise, anxiety and depression should increase my cortisol... but still, 820 out of 1100.
There was a time on E2 where I was really serious about increasing my testosterone:
I bought all the recommended supplements, started intermittent fasting, working out, eating lots of fat and good starchy carbs consistently.
I feel right now the same way I felt then in terms of aggression and masculinity, and I'm doing none of that or none of it consistently to offer me the same results.
