Day 6
Not really feeling much in terms of aura although I did have this really strange thing happen while I was was about to sleep. Almost like a command, I basically told myself to visualize a large while orb in front of me and I poured all my memories, emotional pain, and trauma about my ex. It felt like I mentally outed all the emotional pain, trauma, and memories into this white orb. Then like another command I sent this orb away. I repeated the expertise once or twice and in the middle of the night I realized just how much baggage I let go.
I woke up with more focused and also more carefree than yesterday. My Ex did pop up in my mind but it's not emotionally charged. I thought it would be funny to send a bag of gummy D**ks to her as a tasty and funny prank.
-Today in class I was talking to the girl i was toying with in visualization. Got to know her a little bit better. She sits next to me and we are facing our own computers but either her legs or entire body was pointed towards me.
-Msged another girl about an event tomorrow and suddenly I followed my urge to ask her about herself but she answered them vaguely so I don't think she's interested. Who knows? ill see her tmw and ill judge then.
