This manifested on the physical realm as a sudden re-interest in reading manosphere blogs. I was on the red pill for two and three hours a day.
Funny that, cos when I was most angry during AM and WM I read alot of that. I'd read it for hours a day too, WM got me off it a bit then E2 I stopped alltogether and I feel better for it. The so called 'red pill' for all it's wisdom didn't actually help me and it just made my issues and anger worse which didn't help with girls.
