Do you think I should continue with v2.4 for some more time even when v2.5 is available or should I go ahead with v2.5 for now and revisit healing when it's released in v3.0.1 (or something)?
If you're experiencing pains as a result of resistance - IF, we don't know that is the case for sure - then the options are to deal, stop resisting, or use something else.

Should I do BASE instead? (Yes, it's important for me at this stage in my life. I want to switch jobs, be seen as more valuable to my employer, get a raise etc.) Or should I continue with DMSI and get this part of my life sorted out since I've already been doing it for about a month and a half now (v2.3 and then v2.4)?
I can't make your decisions for you, my friend.

Some exercise, ritual, should I keep my mind occupied (i.e. distracted) or should I deliberately focus on the issues and consciously be aware of what is causing the resistance? (So far I only see the lack of motivation in me. I know there are things I should be doing, but the motivation hasn't been enough to cause me to actually go ahead and do much about it. Just the bare minimum.)
Consciously seeking the cause of resistance and working to release it may help.
Perfect! Thank you.
Thanks again, Shannon, for responding to each and every one of my concerns. Just one more question for you at the moment:
Would you know if Osteopathy affects the effects of subs in any way? Osteopaths are known as DOs (Doctor of Osteopathic medicine) in the USA.
