To the best of my knowledge, what is happening is simply an intense focus on clearing things and those things are turning out to be much deeper and more numerous and impactful than we thought they would be. Like I said, the scripting should short circuit when there is nothing left to clear.

So if I'm doing DMSI healing and then... How do I know it's short circuiting? What would I experience?

Also I can't help wonder if some of these issues are directly related to our identities as men. Any shame that's been heaped upon us for being men. Any thoughts we have about what it is to be a man. Etc. Maybe the healing could be sped up by having an identity change congruent with the goals of the program.

If the scripting works as designed, when you're finished it will simply stop doing anything but the primary goal focus.

I'm not aiming to change identities. The goal is simply to clear out whatever would prevent you from executing the primary script.
