There are various technologies that perform reality bending. They work together to form a greater influence.
You haven't noticed it because it's not supposed to be noticed in and of itself. And, you're also new to the game... most guys require a month on 2.4 to start seeing it.

You are getting fast results, and ironically, part of that is because of reality bending. It's like autopilot, though: you won't see it at work until you're looking back at what it has done.
