I have identified self-esteem as a major driver behind why I've been obsessed with finding success with women and why I'm unsuccessful with women. I've also identified low self-esteem as a major contributor to my false pride and resistance to your subliminal programs. I have three questions:

1. For myself, currently on the path of AM6, what's the best way to develop non-contingent self-esteem? Should I continue with another round of AM6 or is there another program that is better suited to helping me in this direction faster?
   
2. Can you suggest what I might do myself, independent of a subliminal, to develop non-contingent self-esteem?
   
3. What's the best subliminal you have available for developing self-esteem for someone not on the AM6 journey (of either gender)?
   

1. Generally I have found that self esteem, and especially non-contingent as you refer to it, depends on genuine self mastery. This is achieved by clearing away the internal issues, and that can be done best through healing oneself subconsciously. How best to do that depends on the individual, but I dare say E2 is an excellent choice for that sort of healing.

2. That is going to depend on your specific issues. Identifying the root issue and then consciously working to release it, and outgrow it, is a good choice. But also doing things that result therein by outcome is a good idea, too. Small accomplishments that prove those issues to be incorrect and inevitably result in building the self esteem you are in search of.

3. Currently the best subliminal for self esteem specifically is going to depend on the individual and their particulars. It may be AM6, it may be E2, it may be DMSI, it may be LTU, it may be BASE, or something else. It depends on what specifically is the root of your unique set of issues and circumstances.
