Is it possible to create a sub or include into a sub the ability to quiet the conscious mind?

So many people today struggle with the conscious mind producing so much clutter that it blocks our subconscious mind from telling us things.

I would love to have a few minutes, or however far the subconscious can see ahead, to my advantage and be able to act upon those premonitions.

Also, are there any sites that you know of that have scientific research on the subconscious? I find the topic fascinating.

I believe it is possible, yes.

There are sites I used to use, but in my current stage of development (and this has been going on for years now) I find that the best use of my time is to develop my own works, instead of read about the works of others. There simply are not enough hours in a day, and I found that it required wading through a lot of stuff that was irrelevant or partially relevant, and where it was relevant, it was not reliably done in a way that produced results that were valid or useful. In other words, much chaff, and very little wheat. I can get a lot more "wheat" by doing the R&D myself instead. You want to seek out academic research sites, though.
