BASE 2.x was created after BAMM 2.0. BAMM 1.0 contains parts of the BASE 1.0 script. BAMM 2.0 contains parts of the BASE 1.0 script, heavily modified. BAMM 3.0 will contain whatever parts of BASE I think will enhance it. But it's not likely to be much, given how complete each is towards it's goal already.
E3 has to be created before I know whether or not it is appropriate and useful for inclusion. However, I am inclined to speculate that a modified version of E3 will be included, aimed at clearing the path for success.
