I am familiar with a method of using energy balls, but not for seduction, although it would be easy to extrapolate based on what I already know.
The goal phrasing of the DMSI program, as for who is affected. When the person fits, you'll get a surge of energy and your aura will "reach out and touch someone." Automatically.
When I saw a stunning hot office lady I definitely got the surge of energy fuzzy like feeling all around me for a split second... interesting
