Day 10 (9/14/16)
Entire day I felt really calm yet happy. Its super subtle form of happiness. like everything is okay and nothing can really faze me.
Been checking myself and my reactions to negative triggers. If i saw something that makes me jealous then I would recognize it then subconsciously the emotional charge is gone and consciously I would has if I really should spend the finite F**ks I have on it. Learned the conscious part of it the process through Mark Manson's book and DMSI may have played a part in the subconscious.
Even in the creative aspect of photography, I came up with a couple of ideas that triggered some form of anger but it was quickly neutralized and I remained happy. It was like a quick hot flash.
