Sounds wonderful, Cortez! The changes havn't been so subtle for me in the first stage so far. The down days are real weird and so are the up days but man It sure does feel like 1 morning out of every week it feels like somethings really changed. I usually can tell what my changes are when I'm at work because I'm just around people all the time.. I could understand though If someone using this program had trouble gauging the effects if they were loners more often than not. I know it's not your case but I'm just saying.
