insight: i realized i lived the past years as if my rescources, health, time, energy, youth, money, and pain tolerance are infinitive, magnets gave me a feeling of being invincible so i didnt cared while destroying my life, no i realise i have to protect myself better and care more about my health, finances and time, and my emotional state

Also i will stop steroids, women are not worth it and they dont value my muscles and effort enough, its not worth destroying my health and spending my money on that, i will train naturally

While I see your point on AM6 about being focused on women, especially since a lot of guys run it to improve with women, a majority of it's contents are not focused on women.

Being Alpha is an illusion and very subjective to each individual and no subliminal will "make" you an Alpha or Beta, in the end the choice is yours. It doesn't need to come down to another extreme of having no focus at all on women. Same coin, two sides.

Although we are not on the same path, I can relate to some of your struggles. I am only now coming to terms with how much power I truly hold over my own reality and everyone in it. Seems like you are breaking through a big wall!
