Shannon,
I was thinking back to times when women initiated sex with me.
1) They felt bold, empowered, uninhibited, open.
2) They thought there would be no negative consequences.
3) They were unaware of any negative consequences because their focus was on sex.
4) The initiation was congruent with the context. (The context or environment was sexual.)
5) I had already had sex with her, so a sexual relationship or sexual precedent had already been established.
6) She never actually said she wanted to have sex, but she strongly implied it. Like she kept bumping into me and giggling; she kept giving me that hungry look as she stared at me; she took my hand and more or less dragged me into her bed room; she stood in front of me and took off her clothes. In other words, she nonverbally initiated it by creating the temptation or context.
