Possible missing pieces:
1) Anticipation. What if responders were to feel anticipation in the ways necessary to repeatedly fulfill the goals of the program with the user, in such ways it over rides other concerns or priorities (such as fear of being judged) and the responders feel good about it, themselves. and the user, AND the responders miss sex with the user and feel deprived without sex with the user
2) Some women are more comfortable with their sexual feelings than other women are. Some how I think comfort needs to be built in
3) Respect for the user
4) A sense of urgency (which I think you may have mentioned before)
5) Fulfillment and relevance. They imagine, know, felt or believe sex with the user will fulfill their needs, wants, values, and/or objectives
6) Timing and/or “Just so”. The conditions feel “just so” or “just right” to fulfill the goals of the program with the user. If in public, the responders plan meeting up with the user later (and following through).
7) Relief. I think responders tend to disappear, avoid, vanish, act passive, etc. with the hope of experiencing relief. What if they believed, knew, felt, or imagined it was the user that could provide them with that relief.
