UK reserved? I've been to London a few times. I was approached by women all the time, didn't matter if it was in Hackney or Piccadilly Circus. British people are chatty, not on the same level as Americans, but not far away. Try taking a trip to Scandinavia and you'll see what reserved really means. The only exception is Sweden. There's a reason why I approach so many girls here, you have to. In the US the girl would walk up to me and say "hey, you wanna dance?" with a big smile on her face and the deal was sealed. At that point I was unaware of subs so I can only imagine what's in store for me next time I go there.
