Qigong is fine, i've been doing it for ages.
It's weird though E2 seemed to direct me to somatic experiencing. Now that i've booked a session and am getting close to the day i'm having all these huge fears that it might derail E2 and fuck it up. Weird that OE would direct me to it then, of course it could just be my fears talking cos it only come up when I committed to doing it. I think the fear also comes from the fact I couldn't do straight SE sessions cos of the cost, but can get a rebate on a mental health plan if I do her normal sessions which do have some SE but other methods like CBT or mindfulness. So I don't know.
The premise is similar to TRE and that is doing nothing but helping alot deal with the trauma and is going along well with E2.
