6G is aimed at being the maximum possible given current technology limits in certain directions. I am seeing in my models that I will be able to push the prototype beyond even the designated goals, but doing that given current technology etc. is very likely to be too dangerous. So that (design goal) is where it stops development for now. Long term forecasts suggest that there will be something beyond 6G, but it will probably take 10+ years to have technology etc. catch up sufficiently to make such a thing possible.
