If you can't hear it I'm afraid your hearings already been damaged by something else or you just weren't born with hearing that can pick it up. It's not the frequency that does the damage, that's impossible, it's the volume. Loud bass in cars can damage your hearing too yet you have kids with giant audio systems dooming down the road. Shooting guns without ear protection. All those are lower frequency than our ultrasonics. It is about volume/decibals. So the answer is no
