How do I tell if/when I'm done with E2? As every E2 user likely has different issues in different extents that's being handled at different paces, and the program works covertly and in mysterious ways - how DOES one know? I'm on day 56, if that number is in any way relevant.
Also, if/when emotional knots have been untangled by E2, will that progress then be permanent or does the user need to do "refreshers"? If refreshing is needed, how often?
When E2 is finished, you will know. Your subconscious will put you on a different path. You may have to work in sections of time. Everyone will be different.
The progress is permanent, as long as it's dealt with fully. Refreshes are not necessary but you will be accumulating life garbage over time that you can use the program for periodically.
I suggest you try for 96 days and assess from there.
I have this urge to run AM6. It started like a week ago and hasn't subsided. I can see that there are more things E2 could deal with, but I don't see it being the program that will push me towards taking action. Could this be an indication for me to run AM6 again?
It could be that or you trying to escape dealing with something.
