Ok, for example we're supposed to listen for 32 days starting out. Not 20 days, or 15, but 32 with consistent listening for each day (ideally).
If we don't listen for 32 days it's considered a waste since it takes the full 32 to assimilate changes (more permanent effect).
For the 96 day thing, since that's 3 x 32 days, I'm wondering if cutting it short to like 80 days means we technically only listened for 64 days (2 complete cycles, and not 3)?
I was under the impression that our brains sort of reset if we don't complete any given cycle of 32 days. So we literally waste our time even if we listen for 31 days, stop, then our brains go back as if we didn't listen at all.
