If you exit the range of the audio, this can introduce a secondary ASRB influence which can affect the program's impact.
There are two solutions.
1. Time your trip during one of the 20 minute periods of silence.
2. Hold it.
3. Realize that as long as there is not a consistent habit of doing this, in the long run it's not going to make much difference if you have a small interruption on rare occasions. It will interrupt things somewhat in the short term.
I personally would make sure I go to the bathroom before I turn it on, and then wait until all loops are done, or make sure I go during a period of silence.
