[Shannon, do you think it'd be more effective to rotate AM6 and E2 (6 months)? Or do you think it would be more effective to run E2 for a long time like a year and then just run AM6 after that for awhile?
Do you think it's a good thing to let a program have a solid focus for a long time to go deeper or do you think it's good to just rotate every so often so things don't get too stale and also to not let things become unbalanced?
Edit: also this question could be posed for SM3 and AM6. Should you run AM6 for a long time and then work on SM3 for a long time? Or should you rotate them and work on them together?

Good question for the BASE users as well. If it is best to do 6 months BASE 1 month E 2, and do that over and over then I'd definitely be up for that.
