I've been increasing my testosterone while using E2 through supplements, changing my diet and exercise. I believe it's a manifestation of the Optimus Engine and it's definitely helped me align with the goals of E2 and allows me to feel more masculine and motivated while running E2. It's also helped me shed a lot of beliefs around being narcissistic and redefining good and bad in my life as having higher testosterone naturally leads to stronger behavior in setting boundaries and going after your goals.
I would recommend it.
hi, i could not catch the beginning of the discussion, but what does E2 stand for?
