1) I suggest Distraction Removal. Whatever that distracts the user from hitting the goal based on what the user perceive as Distraction and also Remove Distractions while enjoying the goal.
Maybe it is a thought.
Maybe the Distraction is people etc.
2) Make the outcome comfortable / comfortable situations to cancel out awkward and uncomfortable situations.
Maybe useful when studied in details because the purpose of the sub is others approach you so we may have less control of what happen when. Maybe we missed a chance because the situations wasn't comfortable for us to response when approached.
Then there can be other situations where family members getting attracted which can be prevented.
3) Make the outcome favorable and safe. This maybe useful as we have autopilot, we may have less control of what we do unlike in normal case.
Maybe in normal situations we would have avoided some situations where maybe it is not safe. Furthermore it is a single stage sub where it is not possible to specify all the stops without needing more energy. First marking the goals as safe and favourable will make the brain not resist it. The brain thinks it is safe and favourable to do what the goals want. Second the outcome itself is manifested to be favourable and safe.
4) Cancel out the desensitizing of fear, approach anxiety, social anxiety by way of removal of excitement and pleasure of it. In other words we maybe anxious on things that excite us. Don't let the brain take quick shortcut by removing the good:excitement in order to achieve its goal of removal of approach anxiety and social anxiety.
We are still alive, excited, happy of what the goal is doing while still being very cool about it.
