I believe if the talk is going about auras there should be a part that would block out and disconnect from other people auras and energies that are negatively affecting you and hindering the goal. For example a lot of cases are that guys mothers are overprotective in the childhood and that energy continues to carry on and repel girls, they feel strange and as if the guy is taken and even worse - mixed feeling the both energies of being sexy and taken mixes together.

In my opinion its quite logical to not only focus on maximizing the aura but removing everything that makes it less powerful.
