A "loop" = every time you listen to the subliminal completely through whatever its track length is to completion.

For example, DMSI has a track length of 1hr and 6min therefore 1 loop would mean listening to DMSI for 1hr and 6min. Its no longer about the time since other 5.5G subs have/will have different track lengths.

Shannon can correct me if I'm mistaken.

This is exactly correct. One loop is listening to the file through to its end one time. We can't go by hours anymore because ASRB makes each programs length different.
