Just to make absolutely sure that my subconscious doesn't get "bored" with the program, what's the best strategy? I've seen some progress, but it's slow and I plan on running this for a year (I'm a bit afraid a year won't be enough, but I REALLLY hope so)
I normally get in 12-16 hrs. That seems to be what's best for me.

Any clues on what that might look like to an outsider or of what to tell my people to look out for? ie, is it very clear when to stop?
You will know quite naturally. It will look like you decide, quite comfortably and contentedly, to do something else, without any reservations or qualms about it.
Right, I got it. I just want to want to know what the people who's minds get bored with it do to make sure they're using it effectively.
When you realize E2 has corrected your obsessiveness, then you'll know it's still working.

Only slightly kidding. Anyway, Shannon said it's 15% of personalities. That means there's an 85% chance it's NOT you.
If you're not getting any changes (slow change is still change), you'd just switch to another sub for 32 days. Shit man, buy MSI. What'd it hurt to switch to it for 32 days, then go back to E2?
