The "powering up" process for this one is very interesting. First, it seems to play teasingly with and flicker on and off superficially on my face and chest. Then it settled "on" my lungs. Then it entered my lungs, and then filled them and my upper abdomen. Next, I felt hints of energy in my breath, but it's not very obvious unless you're really paying attention and looking for it. Then I started feeling it going down into my root chakra and after that it's overflowed my chest into my face and head.

After a little over an hour and 5 minutes, it seems to be gaining power in my chest. Heart chakra is definitely still powering up. It's the sort of lightness that you could easily ignore though, if you were distracted.

Exactly what I would expect from the specified energy sources.

So it's designed to work with root chakra / huiyin area? Well that's concerning for me, but pretty cool for you guys it sounds like.

It's designed to work with energies, not areas. Your subconscious decides which energies best fit the bill, and how to manipulate them to achieve the program goal safely.
