Chakras aren't allegorical, they're just rather haphazard and you can create your own so it's not an exact system when dealing with higher than base functions. The Hindu system seems to be very poetic and breadcrumbs than the Chinese alchemical system. And kundalini is actually my main concern when it comes to these subs. I want the benefits (Shannon's subliminals are very effective and detailed) but I don't want to trigger kundalini if possible.
