Shannon, before starting the AM2011 program people in general would annoy me to now end. I'm half way through stage two and it's amplified that feeling. Any chance this will go down by the end of the program or will I always feel this way?

The irritation is necessary to force certain changes. But, it'll be smoothed over later, after the necessary changes take place. For now, stop putting up with BS.
